BEFF is an initiative from Barcelona Sustainable Fashion association, which took place for the first time in November 2014 with great success in every edition. MSBCN is the first sustainable fashion entity in Spain and a national reference, with partnerships in all Europe, Latin America, Asia and the United States of America. Its goal is to raise awareness in society about the benefits of sustainable fashion, as well as boosting and stimulating its creation, production, sale and use.

The festival counts with the support of Barcelona’s city hall and the collaboration with numerous sustainable fashion organisations. Both during the fashion shows and the pop-up stores, you will be able to discover local fashion brands, independent designers and sustainable fashion shops. First-level professionals will join the conferences and talk about different topics regarding the current fashion industry, such as social or production problems, and they will discuss about the path to follow and the future of fashion.

BEFF (BCN Ethical Fashion Fest) is Spain and South Europe’s pioneer festival in sustainable fashion. It bets for a creative fashion and for a necessary change in the industry, without giving up on style. The sustainable fashion festival combines design and innovative processes, since the projects it displays focus on different action areas: ecology, work ethics and social commitment, healthy raw materials, and the experimentation and reinterpretation of fashion jobs. Always under quality and sustainable criteria.

This year BEFF will take place in Barcelona’s Disseny Hub (Pl. de les Glòries Catalanes, 37-38 – 08018 Barcelona), from the 9th to the 11th of November, with a free, open access. If you are interested in participating as an exhibitor contact us through beff@modasosteniblebcn.org.
